Welcome to the evolution of planet earth made possible by man's creation of a technological revolution. Brilliant minds are a gift from God. What some have done with their God given, intelligence gifts, is oftentimes horrifying. Left unchecked, many such gifted scientists develop what I call, an evil god complex. Stewart Brand is quoted in Whole Earth Catalog, 1969, as stating: “We are as gods and might as well get good at it”.

Without a doubt, Jose Delgado, is at the top of the list of “evil god-complex” scientists. Delgado was into mind controlling all life on earth. He began by first experimenting with primates minds back in the 1950's and 1960's. He even risked his life in a bull ring, to prove his works worth. He implanted the bull's mind with an electrode stimciever, and got into a ring with the bull charging. He then flipped a switch on his remote control “stimociever” device, which halted the bull in his tracks. Amazing to watch on video. Even more amazing to realize the capabilities of his life's work. He believed one day in the future, humans could be controlled in the same manner, and even experimented on 25 human subjects, with some success (Wikipedia – Sept. 3, 2018).

Power and Control - A New World Order plan is alive and well, as the scope of technological development has gone global. There are many living in the world in which we live, who call themselves "Targeted Individuals" (TI's), who have first hand knowledge of this god as man, experimentation, monitoring, surveillance, Global control system. Behavioral modification, by way of stealth technologies beyond the pale (Direct energy weapons DEW - V2K Voice to Skull Telepathy), oftentimes referred to as 'non-lethal' warfare, are commonly used.

Non-lethal being a misnomer. As this control system can kill, as well as produce all manner of psychological trauma, pain, and suffering. In one word, this controlling system is "torture". Before one discounts such TI accounts as luddite opposition to technological change. In Cuba, August 2017, American and Canadian Embassy diplomats complained of this same type of sonic torture. Even President Trump confirmed he thought Cuba was responsible for these attacks. This being but one example of many such documented microwave beam attacks.

Lasting Health Injuries:

One unidentified, US diplomat now reports, due to these attacks he has to wear a hearing aid.

Biblical revelations regarding an Anti-Christ beast of a control system, demanding worship and alliance, confirms God's warning and prophecies that such an empire of evil would and could subjugate all humanity and all life on earth. If you are a Christian, who firmly and rightly believes in the One True God, Jesus Christ and His word, you will be a thorn in the flesh to those who seek a One World, One Religion International rule. The world's data base record tracking systems will serve to confirm, you are a threat to the New World Order - governmental system.

Peter Singer is a Princeton University Professor and author of the book, "One World - The Ethics of Globalization." Singer states (pg. 199):

"It is widely believed that a world government will be, at best, an unchecked bureaucratic behemoth that makes the bureaucracy of the European Union look like a lean and efficient operation. At worst, it will become a global tyranny, unchecked and unchallengeable. These thoughts have to be taken seriously. How to prevent global bodies becoming either dangerous tyrannies or self-aggrandizing bureaucracies, and instead make them effective and responsive to the people whose lives they affect, is something that we still need to learn. It is a challenge that should not be beyond the best minds in the fields of political science and public administration, once they adjust to the new reality of government beyond national boundaries."

Who are the best minds to develop and devise this New World System? Political science and public administration officials, says Singer. The World's system is an Anti-Christ system by which humanity and society functions without God's guidance and direction. As such, it is a networking system doomed to fail. A system under God's throne of judgement - Psalm 9:7.

God has blessed America, I believe, because at one time we trusted Him as our God and deliverer. The tide is changing as many have turned their backs on God, and forsaken His word and Holy precepts. America is no longer one nation under the One True God, Jesus Christ. Yet even now God calls us to return to Him in full devotion, and by His grace, His protection is ever near (Joel 2:12).
